About
Isaac Miller was born and raised just outside Detroit, Michigan. He attended Michigan State University where he double majored in Economics and International Relations, graduating in 2021. After concluding his undergraduate studies, Isaac worked for a year as a paralegal at a Plaintiff’s civil rights, employment, and personal injury law firm. It was during this employment that Isaac developed his passion for the law and, specifically, for protecting the rights of employees who are victims of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
Isaac then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law on a merit-based full tuition scholarship, graduating in May of 2025. While there, he took an active interest in pro-bono work and was recognized with the law school’s pro bono outstanding achievement award. While in law school, Isaac spent a summer working at the National Labor Relations Board in Detroit, where he continued his passion for protecting the rights of employees.
During a brief visit to West Virginia during law school, Isaac fell in love with the state’s natural beauty, sense of community, and its resilient, hard-working people. He continued to visit West Virginia regularly afterward and eventually decided to make Charleston his home. Upon moving to Charleston after law school, Isaac briefly worked for a well-known West Virginia defense firm in its employment litigation group. However, his longstanding personal desire to help workers navigate the legal process led him to obtain employment with Addair Entsminger PLLC, where he represents employees who have been victims of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation at the hands of their employers.
In his spare time, Isaac enjoys hiking, reading, playing a variety of sports, and spending time with those close to him, including his girlfriend, Grace. Since moving to West Virginia, he enjoys exploring the state parks scattered throughout the state. Despite his new home in the mountains of West Virginia, Isaac remains a loyal Detroit sports fan and remains eternally optimistic that one day the Detroit Lions will make a Super Bowl.
